My friend Jason and I got caught up tonight at Busboys and Poets.
He's a neuroscientist and brought up the research of Robert Sapolsky.
I missed him when he came through DC, but Sapolsky is a respected researcher and an expert on stress in primates.

He talks about the stress response being worse than the stessor itself...I think he's right.
